Return Policy

No returns will be accepted on custom made items.

 

Stocked items can be returned for refund providing:

 

• Please contact us before returning items and requesting a refund. 
  You can call us at 614-835-0878, or email us at:  fds@fieldsdevsupply.com.
• The item or items must be in good condition upon being received by us.
• We receive the item within 30 days of the original purchase.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping cost in returning item or items.
• There is a standard $8.00 restocking fee on all returned orders. 
  
  

Any large volume or quantity orders submitted for return due to customer error are subject to an additional restocking charge.

The preferred method to return merchandise is through UPS Ground at their nearest facility.

Should a customer receive an order that is damaged in shipping, please  contact us as soon

as possible.  All orders are insured through UPS and arrangements will be made to have it

replaced.
